Eating too many calories even if it's "healthy green foods" are still too many calories.

I know, healthy and nutrient dense foods are awesome for the body, but believe it or not, they can still actually make you gain weight or slow down your fat burn if you're eating too much of it.

Eating less calories and a good workout plan equals weight loss.

Eat in a calorie deficit. Track them. Doesn't matter if it's fruits or vegetables, they need to be tracked and realized that they're still a calorie.

You can under eat on doughnuts and lose weight, but over eat on asparagus and gain weight.

Yes, one is sugary and one is nutritious, but the calorie intake is the focus here.

Over eating calories and a good workout plan equals no weight loss and/or stagnant.

Eat less. Sweat. Get way more protein in.

Get the calories right and you'll lose fat everytime if you stay consistent.

No consistency. No results.

You can use Google to help measure your food, a food scale, and My Fitness Pal app to help you stay on top of your calories.

Hope this helps!
